At the end of the day, all the math, physics, biology, and chemistry we took into consideration in our project come together in order to facilitate the creation of a society outside of our planet. So let's examine some main aspects of our inhabitants' quotidian life.
Starting with their alimentation, we decided that a "seagan" diet will be the most beneficial for the needs of our inhabitants but also for infrastructural reasons. The plants, fish, and mushrooms that we are going to grow within our settlement were chosen taking into consideration the daily intake of vitamins, minerals, and macronutrients a human needs to satisfy their daily requirements. This ensures that our inhabitants will have a healthy diet.
But even this diet can have its flaws. With that, we are moving on to the healthcare system. Each of our residents will have a special bracelet that will monitor vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, and so on).
Due to the slightly lower gravity we have in the residential ,tori (8.2) compared to the one on Earth (9.8), we will need to ensure that the residents don't feel the negative aspects lower gravity can have. To make that possible, we will have 6 gyms in every residential torus (so 12 in total). But besides that, we will also give our residents the possibility to have special equipment at home (the equipment will be monitored to ensure that the residents do their daily exercise). Every person will need to do a minimum of 1 hour of exercise per day."
